McLaughlin Ireland Ltd are continuing to strive towards excellence and are endeavouring to incorporate the ISO9001 Quality Management System into our Company. All of our key processes from receiving enquiries through to contract completion will be documented in a consistent manner in line with key performance indicators.
Our commitment to quality assurance is also shown by our registration with Constructionline, a UK register of local and national construction professionals, pre qualified to work within the public sector. The strict constructionline requirements are agreed by industry working groups.
We are committed to maintaining and continually improving a Quality Management System. The Company is committed to providing a service that is tailored to our customers specification and satisfies all statuatory and regulatory requirements.
The Company employs a systematic approach that defines how the business will progress.
The main Objectives are as follows :-
- Customer : To achieve high levels of Quality and Customer Satisfaction with a view to the delivery of repeat business and to win new customers from specifically targeted markets.
- Finance : To manage sustained profitable growth whilst minimising risk.
- Internal Business Process : To ensure effective execution through continually improving our Business and Management processes.
- Organisation, Communication, Learning & Growth : This is achieved through well trained, motivated staff who are equipped with the appropriate skills to deliver our projects in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
In order to achieve this we have identified Key Performance Indicators so we may set defined targets.
Senior Management will set improvement targets and continually evolve these via improvement initiatives.
