Due to the success of McLaughlin Ireland establishing itself as a new and professional competitor in the groundwork and civil engineering area, we are now, in accordance with the company’s strategy for expansion, able to offer the full building package to developers and contractors alike.

Through experience and qualifications the directors and newly appointed staff have brought their previous posts with national and regional main contractors across the UK, the company is now in a position to also tender for any of the following type of building projects.

We are happy to act as principal contractor or form part of a joint venture on any project.

Furthermore the company’s team are fully conversant with the JCT, NEC, IEI, and RIAI forms of contract, and step up to the demands set down by the CDM regulations (2007).

McLaughlin Ireland Limited operate throughout the UK and Ireland and have the capacity to mobilize at short notice.
